Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

As we get older there are often important life decisions that need to be made. If you lose your mental capacity will anyone have the authority to deal with your affairs on your behalf? If not, an application to the Court of Protection will need to be made which could prove costly, time consuming and stressful for the family.

We therefore advise on the making and registering of Lasting Powers of Attorney so that you have the security of knowing who will look after your affairs and make decisions on your behalf should you be unable to do so.
